Keep a Child Alive (KCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing life-saving AIDS treatment, care, support services and love to children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. These clinics and care homes also provide nutrition, testing, shelter and emotional support to children who have been orphaned by the AIDS epidemic.
