Our newest EZ Quilting Tool – Simply Crazy – enables you to create a unique “Crazy Quilt” without driving yourself crazy! The tool is designed by second generation quilter, Rachel Shelburne, daughter of our longtime tool designer, Darlene Zimmerman.

Crazy Quilts have become popular in recent years because they encompass several aspects of crafting – quilting, needlework and embellishments. They are also a great way to clean up your scrap pile of fabrics and trimmings! You can also use the tool to make scrapbook pages by working with paper instead of fabric.

Sometimes the hardest part of a project is getting started, but Rachel has made the first step in creating Crazy Quilt blocks easy and goof-proof. The tool provides four sizes as a start for the “center” of the quilt block. With the easy to follow instructions, even a beginner will be able to “start” a crazy quilt using the tool – simply place the tool on a square of fabric and cut with the EZ Rotary cutter on all five sides of the tool.

The tool measures approximately 5” x 6” and is compatible with our EZ 18mm Rotary Cutter.
